Coached Youth and Young Adult Soccer for Hofstra University's Club Team and Busby Soccer Academy

Offered the job at Hofstra to take the team out from the 2-year long break during covid for their breakout year. 

Directed and executed all team preparation logistics for a college-level club team.

This role involved designing, leading, and evaluating twice-weekly training sessions focused on position and formation development and executing a separate, weekly conditioning regimen to ensure peak physical performance for competitive play.

Directly managed team readiness for games against other college club teams, proving the ability to maintain consistency and produce results under a fixed competitive schedule. 

Fall 2022 - 2 Wins, 3 Ties, 5 Losses

Spring 2023 - 6 Wins, 2 Ties, 2 Losses

Players showed real improvement during the year I was there so it made me feel like I made a difference there.
