NASA USLI: Developed a COTS Solid rocket on a L1520 to deliver an experimental payload to the dedicated altitude.
Result: Unable to go to competition.
Subscale Attempt 1: Recovery failure due to electronics failure
Subscale Attempt 2: Low thrust to weight ratio
Full-scale Attempt 1: Recovery failure due to improper electronics setting
Full-scale Attempt 2: CATO
Fixed: Before taking on the hybrid rocket program we have eliminated all of these issues on our subscale demonstrator - Pathfinder [November 2024]
